DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the loss of the tour and other services is required for us to hold your seat for you. The deposit forms part of your final payment which is due ten weeks of commencement of tours. For our daily tours, final payment should be 48 hours before commencement of tours.
If cancellation is received for more than two weeks and 48 hours for daily tours a non- refundable fee of 15% of the cost of tour will be retained.
In order to ensure a congenial atmosphere, Marvic Travel and Tour Services reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant and to expel the tour if any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interest of the tour group. People expelled will not have their monies refunded.
Tour prices subject to change depending on the rate for the day. For international tour, our prices are valid for two months.
PASSPORT AND VISAS
A valid passport and visa are required for our international visitors. We can however arrange for visas for Commonwealth, ECOWAS and American citizens at entry points. Kindly let us know in advance. The loss of such visas will be footed by the tourist.
ACCOMODATION AND MEALS
All pre-arranged and confirmed hotel and restaurants will be used by our tourists. Any change will be the responsibility of the tourists. Kindly do abide by the laws of the country for a memorable experience. Our laws are meant to safeguard your interest and safety.
Marvic Travel and Tour Services will do everything possible to protect your baggage. We protect you however advise our client to take good care of their items as we will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to baggage of our clients.
We are pleased to again offer guaranteed departures for all our programs once your deposit has been received and date confirmed. Marvic Travel and Tour Services guarantees that your programs will depart as scheduled.
